Dear all, I will certainly further explore the possibilities of Acrobat, but the option to print one's own PDF files only works when you have the "camera ready" file (certainly old-fashioned, but I mean the final version in print, which is usually a combination of text PLUS illustrations, tables, etc), which is the result of a DTP process. In all other cases, we usually have the printed version only, and that can only be made digital again by scanning (or receiving a PDF by the publisher...). As soon as I have something mailable, I will announce this in our list, and send the PDF on request to those who show interest by mailing me (Ehud's 1:1 base, which indeed seems safest).
