Re: Introduction to ANOVA Course by VSNi, Hemel Hempstead, UK

Just a note to inform you of the Introduction to ANOVA course that will be running from 27-28th February 2007. Brief details are included here but a full course specification can be obtained from the VSNi website at

http://www.vsni.co.uk/resources/training/coursedates.php

Course Overview
Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is one of the most widely used statistical techniques, with application areas that include biology, medicine, industry and finance. GenStat has a very powerful set of ANOVA techniques that are nevertheless very straightforward and easy to use. This course introduces both the theory of ANOVA and its application within GenStat.

Prerequisite Skills
Previous experience of simple statistical concepts such as means, standard errors and probability would be advisable. However, there is no need for experience with complicated maths as the course adopts a practical and applied approach.

Cost
Course fees include attendance, course notes and materials, lunch and refreshments for both training days but excludes accommodation:

* An early bird registration rate of £675 (excl VAT) applies to all registrations paid before 27th January 2007.
* A registration rate of £750 applies thereafter.

For more information or to book your place, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hope to see you there!
