Quality Forum on Quality in censuses and surveys

Thursday 8th June, 3-5pm, 12 Errol Street, London EC1Y 8LX.  Tea at
3.45pm

MARTA HAWORTH and IAN COPE   (Office of National Statistics)
They will discuss their approach to Quality Assurance and building on
objective evaluation and partnerships, and the Quality Improvement plans
considered as part of the planning for the 2011 Census.  
 
STEVE MITCHELL (Research International)
He will discuss how they work towards continuous improvement and high
quality outputs and issues about working in particular with clients.


BILL BLYTH (Taylor Nelson Sofre)
He will outline the new draft ISO Standard for Survey Research.  He will
also discuss the benefits of transparent and appropriate processes to
achieve high quality, and consider likely developments over the next
decade.             

This will be followed by a general discussion forum.
