In the beautiful setting of our Marlow site, our Customer Support Consultants are the voice, personality and intellect of a business respected as an industry leader in business intelligence. That's a responsibility we take seriously because business partnerships lie at the heart of everything we do. Ideally you will be educated to degree level with a background in technology and with the desire to provide customers with truly effective technical support. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of the marketing or financial industry however not essential. In the process you will enjoy a role of wide variety and learn a great deal. Join a team that resolves a high proportion of customer problems in a single working day and help maximise our client's customer achievement. You'll provide telephone-based support, conduct training courses at regular intervals, provide consultancy advice to both existing and potential customers and work closely with our sales teams. Although full client technical training will be supplied, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to agreed service levels and timescales.
