Dear All, I am look for some references with regard to simulation of multivariate survival data. I want to generate survival times to simulate semiparametric and parametric multivarite survival models. When there is more than one covariate. I have collected some material (like the paper published by Bender et al) but they mainly discuss the case when there is one covariate. Any references or comments would be truely appreciated.
