School of Medicine Director: Clinical Trials Unit The University of Southampton is seeking a Director for its newly established Clinical Trials Unit.You will be an experienced clinical trialist with a proven track record of competitive grant funding for multicentre research projects, excellent management skills and publication of trial results in high quality journals.The Unit is being established with core funding from Cancer Research UK so experience in Cancer Clinical Trials would be an advantage although not essential.The post of Director will be for five sessions a week in the Trials Unit.Additional clinical or scientific work in the appropriate service or academic department can be negotiated depending upon your speciality and skills.
