Responsibilities will include customer segmentation, retention, acquisition, modelling and statistical analysis. Ideally you are highly numerate graduate, with one year plus commercial experience in an analytical environment. You should have an understanding of loyalty marketing and relational databases, be comfortable working with large data sets and be able to adopt a well-organised and methodical approach.
