Hi Bee,
You might want to ask the same question on the Kettil Bruun Society list. Like this list but with a more international membership. See:

Good luck with your studies.

Subject: Controlled drinking
Hi, I've just joined the list, my name's Bee and I'm studying different treatments for homeless and vulnerably housed alcohol misusers for my Masters dissertation. I'm sure I'll have questions so you'll hear from me again. For now though, if anyone's heard of a project anywhere in the country that uses a controlled drinking approach, I'd be very grateful to know.
Thanks,
Bee Walsh
