Can anyone point me to the chapter and verse which defines the correct response to this question? Student "A" completed 3 years pre-Clinical study at "X" University in June, and has come to "Y" University for the Clinical part of the course. "Y" University are taking the view that, as he has completed a degree course at another university, he should be charged £3,000 fees at "Y". He and his LEA take the view that the pre-Clinical and Clinical parts form two stages of the same course, and that "Y" should charge only £1,200 as would have been the case had he stayed in "X". He has provided his LEA's Financial Notification showing he has been offered, and has accepted, a £1,200 Fee Loan. Who is right, please? And which section of what legislation or official advice provides the answer? -- Robin Walker (Junior Bursar), Queens' College, Cambridge CB3 9ET, UK [log in to unmask] http://www.queens.cam.ac.uk/ Tel:+44 1223 335528
