Hi Stephen, You might want to ask our colleagues from Leeds about the way they approached the development and execution of the university new strategy using a Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Map framework. I attended their presentation in Belfast this year and for that session only the AUA conference worth every penny. The project was awarded Leadership Foundation Fellowship funding!!!
