Dear All, Hope you are all well. I was just wondering what colleagues had decided to do with regards to any long service awards in view of the new Age regulations. We give our staff a £250 long service award after 25 years and this is currently under review. I know that some organisations are deciding to keep these rewards in recognition of loyalty, commitment and long service and others are phasing them out. With best wishes Fehmeeda
