Just to let you know that revised versions of the guidance notes produced by the joint ECU/UCEA age working group are now on the ECU website. Guidance Note 1 describes the likely impact of the forthcoming age legislation on pay and benefits and Guidance Note 2 looks at the impact on recruitment and selection.

This guidance is aimed primarily at head of HEIs and directors of HR/Personnel. Please forward this email as appropriate within your own institution.
