Equality and Diversity Adviser 
Salary range: £33,690 to £39,375 pa inc. 
LSE wishes to appoint an Equality and Diversity Adviser to lead and promote its equality and diversity agenda. 
You will be the key driving force behind the development of strategy to promote inclusiveness and diversity for LSE's staff and students. 
You will create solutions to strengthen awareness and understanding of the contributions made by staff and students of different cultural origins, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion and belief and people with disabilities. 
Of graduate calibre and with an in-depth knowledge of the full range of equality and diversity legislation, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience and a proven track record of devising and implementing strategic development across the whole equality and diversity field. 
Strong project management and interpersonal skills will be essential to communicate effectively and creatively, both orally and in writing, the benefits of equality and diversity in ways that resonate with LSE's organisational culture
