We are being asked to help with the differential diagnosis of dubin-johnson syndrome in a teenage girl with persistent hyperbilirubinaemia. Is the ratio of coproporphyrin I/III still a valid test? If so, does anyone know where I can get a sample analysed (no luck on assayfinder), Thanks Helen Helen Verrill Consultant Clinical Scientist North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust 01642 624455 ------ACB discussion List Information-------- This is an open discussion list for the academic and clinical community working in clinical biochemistry.
