Hi all!

     For a study with one categorical variable, with four values, and five quantitative variables, what should be the appropriate sample size for each of the four values of the categorical variable?  I require a 95% CI and the size of the four populations (i.e., the four values of the categorical variable) are unknown.  The statistical methods to be used are MANOVA, ANOVA, and the Tukey test.
