Dear all (if AUT members)

Is the activity of Academic (mis)Conduct Officers and Misconduct Panels
affected in your institution by the AUT boycott? It is not listed on the
national AUT web site as being covered by the action, but our local AUT
executive is that saying that all misconduct processes related to
assessment are included in the boycott. As the coordinator of ACOs, I am
disagreeing with this, on the grounds that dealing with misconduct is not
assessing, even if one outcome might be setting a mark to zero as a
penalty. I would be interested to know what is happening elsewhere.
