Driving the design and development of Phase I clinical trials, you will take a key role both in the leadership of your Biometrics team and in the delivery of vital input to support our clients' objectives. You will explore the relationship between pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data with statistical models. You will have a role in the development of methodologies, protocols and, most importantly, people. As such, your management skills are as vital to the role as your scientific abilities. You should be educated to post-graduate level, including a statistical qualification, while considerable experience in clinical statistical analysis is essential. You should generate enthusiasm and confidence in equal measure, and have excellent communication skills.
