Bournemouth Borough Council requires a consultant to revise the output specification for all IT services across its Library Service. The specification is required in order to re-tender for IT services under the Council's PFI arrangements for Library Services IT. The IT services output specification is available for services which commenced in 2001. The requirement is to update this specification to take account of Bournemouth Library Service needs for a further five year period.
