Pull my chain?

Dear all,

Sorry for Cross-Posting.

Has anybody got a solution to insecure 'Kensington' slots on PC's, flat-screens and Laptops?

We use chains anchored to these to prevent 'Walk-Off' theft, having found previously to our cost that the 'Stick-On' shackles had become vulnerable to Superglue remover!

Whllst infinitely better than the shackles, we have had one or two instances where the slots have been compromised (I won't say how on Public Lists, but I'll say privately if asked).

As we don't want to go down the route of security cages unless we have to, does anybody have a solution, or know of a supplier who does?

Also, has anybody got operational experience of using alarms attached to equipment, like in PC World (aaaaargh!), Comet, etc - either multiple devices chained together, or individually, and supplier details?

Am happy to summarise for the lists if I get more than one response!

Regards
