I come more from a background in the study of new religious movements than esotercism, but it is a secondary interest of mine. I edit The Pomegranate: The International Journal of Pagan Studies (URL below) and have a book coming out this spring on the development of Wicca and other contemporary Paganism in America, _Her Hidden Children_, to be published by AltaMira Press. AltaMira is a division of Rowman & Littlefield, and it is doing a Pagan Studies series, with seven books published, in press, or under contract. I teach at Colorado State University-Pueblo, which has no religion department. Consequently, I've found a home in the English department, teaching things like rhetoric, nature writing, and creative nonfiction. Best wishes to all, Chas S.
