1. Ruth Rikowski is a well-known author and academic with 25
years experience as an information professional. She is currently a Visiting

1. Anneliese Dodds is currently a Research Student at the
Department of Government and Centre for the Analysis of Risk and Regulation at
the London School of Economics. She can be contacted via email.
