Dear Badri,

Thank you for your reply.

I know that Flu in children on its own causes visual hallucinations and
changes in
mental status. That was delirium? Psychomotor agitation?

But Dr. Roku HAMA, who might be subscriber of this discussion list,
suggested
Tamiflu must be the causative agent of the abnormal behaviors of these 2
cases.

I cannot understand the psychopathology of these cases. Why they were
"jumped over a guardrail" or "plunged"? What inner experiences forced them
dash out? Why they didn't cut themselves or hurt others? Flu or Tamiflu
might cause visual hallucination, but this couldn't explain the reason why
these 2 young people did same behabior-"jumped "or "plunged". Did they
feel something chasing them? Did they hear someone calling them? Did
they feel abrupt thirst or burning sense of surface of their bodies? Does
any one experience resembling cases of rashing out or dive by the same
causative agent?

Dr. HAMA is one of rare experts of pharmacoepidemiology with analytical
ability in Japan.

warmest regards

SAIO
