This is a
hoax. It is actually an updated version of a similar 1999 hoax, which was an
updating of a 1997 version. Do these things never end?
There are
several variants, but the Microsoft is the one I've seen the most. There is
no method of a. reliably tracking an email just via forwarding. Thus, all of the
items you receive stating that "name of charity here" will receive $.x for each
forward is fraudulent. There is no way of attaching a person to an email
and then to their bank account when there is no request for personal
