Hi All

I know this subject has been raised before but I would appreciate any help / information that may be out there. Has anybody developed a " Hardship Policy " to use when a "determination" has been made. We as an Authority are at the stage of having to determine a site under Part IIA that has a current use of residential with gardens, before we do I would like to have an idea as to what other Authorities have done with regards to "  who picks up the bill " for remediation where the Class A person can't be found.
