Me too. I would like to know more about SAP ERM - particularly successful implementations. The British Council has recently implemented SAP and may be considering the ERM component as an ERM solution. I understand it has been given TNA accreditation. I have noted some of the white papers and articles that SAP has published about recordkeeping. It would be useful to have some information about installations where EDRMS has been successfully implemented with things like Keyword AAA Thesaurus or Business Classification Schemes (BCS) as well as sentencing on creation using retention and disposal authorities linked into the BCS. These suggestions seem to come from the IS people who are interested in minimizing the number of systems that they need to manage. I have yet to hear advocates from the Information Professional (RM, EDM, Library and KM) sector taking SAP as the primary application for EDRMS. Our Information Systems people have just suggested we look at this but I haven't heard of it before. Any information appreciated.
