Forgive me if this does not affect you - if you do not run multi-schemes through City & Guilds or if you did not use the

Directory or the CD from last year this will not affect you - read no further.

 

This Centre is a large City & Guilds centre with many, many different qualifications for this Exam Board and more being
started all the time.  

I find out today that not only are they not creating the Directory, is it not available, NOR IS THE CD available at all
to load into our system BUT you CANNOT DOWNLOAD IT EITHER.  

I am livid.   I have been told to complain to The Complaints Department, 16 Old Bailey, LONDON, EC1A 9DD and I would
be very grateful if some of the larger centres also affected by this could join the protest.

The decision was made by the Publications Director I am told.  

I do understand how they do not want to incur lots of expense producing materials in bulk for centres doing only one or
two schemes but that DOES NOT STOP THEM FROM PROVIDING A DOWNLOADABLE EQUIVALENT for those CUSTOMERS
who require it.

Going home now I am fed up.
