New Anchor Tenancy at Spike Island, Bristol

 

Spike Island is one of Bristol’s most important centre’s for the
cultural industries offering 70 artists studios, impressive exhibition
galleries and serviced office space on the edge of Bristol’s historic
harbourside, just behind the SS Great Britain. 

 

During 2006 Spike Island will go dark to make way for a £2.25 million
refurbishment designed by architects Caruso St John. A polished up and
vastly improved building will re-open in late 2006, incorporating a
café/bar and excellent meeting and seminar space with investment in
provision for a range of young design businesses.

 

Spike Island is looking for an anchor partner or partners in this
ambitious project and is seeking tenants from the creative industries to
commit to lease space from late 2006. We have a 10,000 sq ft serviced
unit which includes office and open warehouse type space available to
let on good terms on a long lease.
