Hi William I will follow up on this question. I had a look myself logging in as ROC manager and still there is no option to delete a contact at a specific site. The developer informs me that they had to remove the delete option because "it was deleting the contacts rather than the permissions, which meant that if the user was a contact of more than one site they disappeared from all of them". There is a work task open to correct this situation. In the meantime we will take care of this instance. In terms of process I believe site representation changes should be notified using the UKI helpdesk. This will ensure that the matter is tracked and resolved in a timely manner. The GOCDB does not have an obvious mechanism for deleting site contacts. Who do we need to contact to have him removed? Is there anywhere else we need to disassociate him from the management of UCL-CCC external to the site itself? He left on good terms and is still officially in UCL's employ until september 2nd so there is no urgency to this but it would be good to get him removed nonetheless.
