	Interesting. I think that dms3, being an ATLAS dedicated tool for
data management, is rather spitting out the full list of hosts which have 
hosted (even temporarily) ATLAS data during DC2 production. Therefore the 
list is not necessarily made of active SEs. You'd rather use dedicated lcg 
tools, like lcg-infosites --vo atlas se
