Hi Brian, An srmcp worked for me: srmcp -debug=true file:////usr/lib/X11/rgb.txt srm://fal-pygrid-29.lancs.ac.uk:8443/dpm/lancs.ac.uk/home/dteam/greig_`date +%Y%m%d_%H%M%S`.txt Well, at least the operation returned 0. I just tried doing a dpns-ls of your directory tree, but it returned the error: $ export DPNS_HOST=fal-pygrid-29.lancs.ac.uk $ dpns-ls /dpm/dteam/ send2nsd: NS002 - connect error : No route to host /: Communication error Do you have the correct ports open for dpm (5015) and dpns (5010)?
