Re: shifting to a blog Hi
I actually voted yes to shifting to a blog, but I recant! In finding out how to vote in the poll I found out how to switch my digest options to html – so that’s cut down today’s digest to the odd few thousand lines (down considerably from text-only which gave me text-only but also html code versions of everyone’s messages – very long and difficult to trawl through). Now if we could agree to only include the snippets of previous posts that contextualise responses, my personal reasons for voting yes would be done away with. I know that there were other reasons but I’m only commenting on mine which were to do with digest difficulties. I agree with Jeremy that the type of community would be changed by a blog.
