CHT uses a cognitive behavioural model with psychoanalytic theories about group functioning. We are seeking a Training Manager. You will be responsible for running an in-service training course which is a diploma in group therapy accredited by Middlesex University, currently being upgraded. You will also run workshops, organise university placements and induct new managers. Ideally you will be educated to Master's degree level. The post holder will be a creative and dynamic individual, willing to work with CHT in developing and promoting CHT training services.
