Nid 'non-refoulment' ddylai fod yma ond 'refoulment' gan mai dyna a
waherddir. Daw o 'refouler' - "gyrru'n ol, hyrddio'n ol" (Geiriadur
Ffrangeg-Cymraeg ACCAC) ac mae'r geiriadur yn rhoi 'ol-hyrddiad' ar gyfer
'refoulment'. Felly, a gaf i awgrymu:

Refoulment - ei gadw fel term technegol ond ei esbonio fel 'gyrru'n ol'
Non-refoulment - eto ei gadw fel term technegol ond ei esbonio fel 'peidio a
gyrru'n ol'
