At some point before June we'll want to issue another Bulletin, featuring the new CVS build system, and VO facilities (and news of our future). Another means of spreading the word is via the Site Managers, hence my desire to give positive news to them this week (Norman's sense 2), and indications that we'll soon to draw a line under the conversion-to-GNU-tools project.
