Janet, We use Parents/Relatives only, and find the usual is a grandparent. I have never asked the staff and could not believe this happened when I first came into the job. Personally, I believe it is wrong top place staff into such a vulnerable position in the current climate! I wouldn't even consider taking a 17 year old for the night.
