I scoured every "symbol" book I own and the weasel (ermine, ferret, belette,
fouine, hermine) in both English and French books is indicated as
symbolizing purity, royalty.Do you know how to tell the difference between a weasel and a stoat? Yes, a weasel is weaselly recognised, but a stoat is stoatally different.
