Dear colleagues,

 Due to some recent changes on the submission server of the Int'l Journal of Computer Vision (IJCV), we have decided to accept late submissions to the special issue of IJCV on "Object Tracking and Classification Beyond the Visible spectrum" until April 1st, 2005.

 Please consider the following new instructions during your submission:

 - Upload your paper to this new submission server of IJCV: http://visi.edmgr.com/
 - BE sure to choose the Article Type:  "Special Issue: OTCBVS".
 - With this new system, PDF files are not acceptable.
 - Contact [log in to unmask] (JEO Assistant) in case of any technical problem or question about the submission process.
 - Formatting will take place once the paper is accepted form publication.
 - Regarding page limits, we suggest keeping your paper between 25 to 30 pages long.
