thanks to everyone who's signed up for this Friday's meeting, and to the rest of you I hope you'll think again about whether you can join us at Aston University. The main agenda items concern the second year, and second phase, of the e-learning and pedagogy strand, with an important shift of focus towards the learner experience of e-learning. Rhona Sharpe will introduce the scoping study that she is leading up in this area, and there will be opportunities to help us shape some exciting and original research. Particularly if you are thinking of bidding in the next phase of the programme, it would be good to have your input to the agenda, and to hear your questions about the overall aims and direction of this funding phase.
