Alcohol & Drugs: A Family Matter
This special one-day conference aims to widen your view. ANSA-Scotland members witness first hand the tragedies that the misuse of alcohol and drugs inflict on families in every area of Scotland, every day. Specialist addiction and children’s services are still trying to catch up with protecting vulnerable family members and utilising families in treatment. These ambitions ask us to be creative and determinedly multidisciplinary in our efforts. Our invited speakers represent the best practice we know of in the United Kingdom. Whether you are working in health, education, social work or the voluntary sector, if you are concerned about what alcohol and drugs can do to families you will want to come. We are looking forward to seeing and hearing you.
