Broad complex tachycardia
VT
Toursade's
SVT with abberant conduction pathway
Any other history? Age? Drugs? OD?
Possibly worth a go with adenosine - if SVT may cardiovert it.
If not, it depends on history.
Previous long QT - overdrive pacing
Drug implicated in Toursade's - overdrive pacing, _no_ place for amiodarone
Otherwise, go for broad complex tachy guideline from ALS.
OD TCA - buckets of bicarb.
