Hi I am researching approaches to including access for disabled people into transport project appraisal frameworks. Does anyone know of any frameworks that incorporate accessibility - or even just attempt to? Also, I am looking at appraisal / evaluation frameworks from other sectors that might provide transferable methods (relating to disability) for the transport environment. If anyone has any information about frameworks - for example, in the health or heritage sectors - that they would recommend, please let me know. Replies off-list more than welcome.
