Folks, Now that the summaries of recent commits are being mailed out, I've removed, as requested, the loginfo stanzas which send to stardev commit messages for thirdparty/fsf, buildsupport/starconf and the top level. Since there should now be rather less frequent change to these directories, this shouldn't cause a problem, but folk should perhaps look out for changes reported in these directories, in case they will need to update a local checkout.
