Dear Li Bei, The values of the intrinsic connections are stored in the data structure DCM. This can be loaded into matlab from the DCM_*.mat file. The field DCM.A contains values of the intrinsic connections. Do 'help spm_dcm_ui' to get a description of the other fields. Best, Will.
