Hi.SPMers,hi Volkmar: Now, I have some fMRI data from others.They told me that the sequence used for Bold fMRI was Gre_EPI.But when I examined the Dicom info,I found the ScanningSequence is 'SE\EP' . The MRI machine is siemens trio 3T MRI. Can someone tell me what is real sequence(SE-EPI, GRE-EPI or others) used for the data ? The Dicom info I got from the data as fellows: ScanningSequence: 'SE\EP' SequenceVariant: 'SK' ScanOptions: 'FS' MRAcquisitionType: '2D' SequenceName: 'epfid2d1_64' Thanks Leina
