Dear SPMasters :

After analysis of 5 subjects with one scan in rest and one scan in
minor seizure attack, we use pair t test with F contrast using SPM2.
There were some clusters (size 59,56,54 for 3 largest cluster) when
p=0.001, but when setting with FDR=0.05, there were no voxels declared
active.

Because the attacks are minor in clinical observation with only
some limb movement, is this SPM(t) with uncorrected =0.001 give us
some significance ? Or we should take this study as negative finding
because FDR=0.05 show nothing ?

Thanks Very much !
