Hi SPMer: Now,under MarsBar I want to define some ROIs on structural image(T1W, 512*512, 21 slices), then use the ROI to extract raw timecourses from some function images(T2*W,64*64,21 slices).I have a question: Do I need coregister structural and function images before defining ROI? The subject are stroke patients that have some structural abnormality and can not normalize to standard template. Can you give me some advice ? Thanks LeiNa
