Hi, Xue, Sorry for replying you late. When you choose the 'voxel cluster results' option. The first thing you will be asked to do is to 'select the SnPM.mat for analysis'. If the matlab is running in the desired folder, you just need to choose the SnPM.mat file shown in the popped up window. So everything is fine and you are indeed asked to choose the SnPM.mat file. The reason that you only see this file is that we set a filter in the codes. There is a button called 'Filter' in that popped up window and we set that only SnPM.mat will be shown. If you click 'Filter' button, you will see all the files (sometimes, if you have too many files, there will be a sentence in white. Click on it, all the files will be shown.) By the way, the SnPM_ST.mat file will be used automatically when it is needed. So go ahead and analyze the data, and if you have any other questions, let me know. Thank you for using SnPM!
