Hi , Question 1 : I'm working on an olfactory expt. 2 odors ,3 blocks each .(each block = 4 stimuli) We got activation in the expected areas . Yesterday after the experiment ,we decided to run the sequence without giving the stimuli. I analyzed the data and to my surprise got activation and that too in some similar areas even with FDR p<0.001. Any clues to why this is happening ? Question 2 : Is ,using 'other regressors' defined by rp*.txt, the way to correct for stimulus correlated motion ? Thanks -Vishwa
