Hi, I have a question regarding t contrasts. Lets say my design has 4 conditions and I want to see the results of 2 conditions minus the other 2. as I see it I have 2 options: 1.a simple t test : -1 -1 1 1 2.a multiple vector t test: 0 0 0 1 0 0 1 0 0 -1 0 0 -1 0 0 0 My questions are: 1. What is the difference between the meaning of these 2 options? 2. In the second option, spm doesn’t let me to set a threshold for the num of voxels so I get a blurry result image.. can I do anything about it?
