I am just wondering if segmentation of T1-weighted with a lesion mask has been implemented anywhere either in SPM5b or by some other add-in code for SPM2 please? We wish to segment the brains with lesions such as white matter hyperintensity and we realized that the lesions could be misclassified as GM due to the similarity of intensities of GM and WMH and we don’t wish to misclassify them. Thank you.
